Water is conductive enough to matter. When it bridges a circuit — condensation on a board, humidity in a connector, a splash in a junction box — it creates leakage paths where current escapes where it should not. Symptoms: tripping, erratic signals, corrosion at contacts, and eventually insulation breakdown and failure.
The damage is rarely the water itself. It is what the water does over time: it carries oxygen to the metal, grows oxide on contacts, and lets tiny currents flow across surfaces that should be insulating.
A dielectric moisture-protection fluid is engineered to do three things at once:
Critically, it does this without disassembly. The fluid is applied to the assembled equipment; it penetrates the connector and board, does its work, and leaves a protective film. Equipment that was faulting from damp comes back to service.
Ignition systems, wiring looms, control panels, switchgear, marine and outdoor electrics, connectors and sensor housings — anywhere moisture reaches live equipment. It is harmless to plastics, rubber and lacquer, so it can be applied across mixed assemblies without checking every material.
Our dielectric formulation is a high-purity base-oil system — the same 65% base-oil, additive-and-antioxidant chemistry as our anticorrosion line, tuned as an insulating moisture-protection fluid. Operations that maintain fleets of panels, vessels, machines or installations consume it by the litre and buy it as bulk raw material.
