Kiemer supplies two proven lubricant formulations as bulk raw material: an anticorrosion formulation that displaces moisture and stops rust on metal, and a dielectric formulation that protects and restores moisture-damaged electrical equipment. Both ship in 1,000 L IBC totes and 200 L drums.
We sell the chemistry, not the can. Operations that consume protection by the litre — fleets, plants, shipyards, utilities and OEMs — buy the formulation itself rather than pallets of aerosols. Every order ships with published composition, a safety data sheet and REACH documentation, so procurement and quality teams know exactly what they are receiving.
Formulated in the European Union and shipped worldwide by quotation. Private-label and contract-filling arrangements are available. Tell us your application and annual volume and we respond with a specification sheet and bulk pricing, usually within two business days.
Every engagement follows the same disciplined path. It starts with a sealed 1 L laboratory sample and our test protocols, so your engineers validate the chemistry on your own panels, in your own environment, against your own acceptance criteria. Where a specification calls for it, we tune viscosity, film thickness, dielectric strength or salt-spray targets on pilot batches from 200 L, each delivered with a laboratory report against your numbers. Only then does supply scale to the 1,000 L IBC tote — with the recipe locked, so the chemistry in year three is identical to the pilot you approved.
The anticorrosion line is a film-forming rust inhibitor: it displaces the water layer from metal, bonds to the surface, and leaves an elastic barrier that self-heals around minor scratches — measured in salt-spray hours per ISO 9227, neutral to steel, stainless, aluminium, copper and zinc coatings, which makes it one answer for mixed-metal assemblies where galvanic corrosion would otherwise start at every joint. The dielectric line is an insulating, moisture-displacing fluid — ≥45 kV dielectric strength, service from −80 °C to +250 °C, non-curing and re-enterable — that restores moisture-affected electrical equipment in place and prevents the condensation leakage that fault logs record as "random".
Production runs under an ISO 9001-certified quality system. Every batch ships with a certificate of analysis, safety data sheet, published composition sheet and REACH conformity documentation; more than a hundred test reports and certificates have been issued to date. We publish our composition deliberately: buyers at tote scale audit their supply chains, and a supplier who hides its chemistry fails that audit sooner or later. Documentation is prepared in English by default and available across our nine site languages.
Our customers cluster into three groups. Operations that consume protection by the litre — fleets, plants, shipyards, utilities, mines and farms — buy the formulation as a maintenance consumable and apply it with their own spray, dip or fogging equipment. Manufacturers treat products and export packing on the line, shipping goods already protected. Brands and distributors build private-label products on our published chemistry, from workshop 5-litre formats to full retail lines. Across all three, the common thread is scale: when annual consumption reaches drums and totes, retail packaging stops making sense and documented bulk chemistry starts.
