FAQ
We sell raw material: two industrial formulations supplied in bulk — an anticorrosion formulation and a dielectric formulation — in 1,000 L IBC totes and 200 L drums. We do not sell aerosol cans or retail packaging. Our customers are businesses that apply the formulation with their own equipment (spray lines, dip tanks, fogging systems) or fill it into their own branded products. Every shipment includes the safety data sheet, a composition sheet and REACH conformity documentation, so your quality and compliance teams know exactly what enters your process, batch after batch, with full traceability from raw-material intake to the tote on your dock.
Our standard supply formats are the 1,000 L IBC tote and the 200 L drum; the drum is the practical minimum for commercial supply. Before you commit to either, we ship evaluation samples so you can test the formulation on your own equipment and in your own process — corrosion protection is easy to verify: treat a panel, expose it, compare. For recurring programs we agree standing schedules with fixed lead times. If your annual consumption is below one drum, a distributor or our private-label partners are usually the better route, and we will say so honestly in the quote response.
At least 12 months per application under normal outdoor exposure — that figure comes from the formulation’s manufacturer verification, not from marketing. The film does not dry, crack or flake; it stays elastic and self-heals around minor scratches, which is why it outlasts hard coatings on assembled equipment. Protection duration varies with environment: sheltered storage extends it well beyond a year, while aggressive salt-spray service (marine decks, winter roads) shortens the cycle and calls for scheduled re-application. The practical approach is a treat-and-inspect program: apply, inspect at 12 months, re-apply where exposure demands it — and let your own inspection data set the interval thereafter.
Yes — that is its defining property. The formulation wets metal better than water does, so when applied to a moisture-affected assembly it creeps under the water film, lifts it off the surfaces, and replaces it with an insulating layer. Insulation resistance typically recovers severalfold within minutes of application, and leakage-tripped equipment returns to service the same day. The treatment works on switchgear, connectors, terminals, motor windings ends and PCB assemblies, and is harmless to copper, aluminium, polymers, seals and lacquer. Severely corroded or arc-damaged contacts are beyond restoration — the film prevents that end state; it does not rebuild burned metal.
The formulations are formulated and filled in the EU (Estonia) and ship worldwide. We quote DAP or FOB per Incoterms 2020, whichever suits your logistics, and handle the dangerous-goods documentation that bulk petroleum-based products require for sea and road freight. EU customers typically receive totes within days; intercontinental shipments follow standard container schedules. Every quote states the lead time for your destination explicitly — no surprises after the order. If you operate in a market with specific import requirements for lubricant chemistry, tell us in the quote request and we prepare the conformity paperwork accordingly. Sample logistics run on the same courier network as documents, so evaluation never waits on freight.
Yes. Brands and distributors buy our formulations as the chemistry inside their own retail products — anticorrosion sprays, dielectric protectants, workshop bulk lines. We supply the raw material with full composition disclosure and the documentation your filler needs; you control the brand, packaging and market. Private-label projects are discussed individually because fill formats, regulatory markets and volumes differ — start with the quote form, describe the product you want to bring to market, and we will respond with what the supply chain looks like from our tote to your shelf. The quote response names the applicable transit band for your address explicitly.
Pricing is by quote and is tiered by annual tote count: a single 1,000 L IBC sits at the top of the ladder and multi-tote and annual-contract volumes step down from there. Send your annual volume and application method and we respond with a price and a specification sheet. An evaluation sample for validation is quoted on request and is credited against a first tote order.
Every shipment leaves with a certificate of analysis for the batch, the safety data sheet, a published composition sheet and REACH conformity documentation. Test reports and certificates are available on request — more than a hundred have been issued to date — and batch documents are prepared in English by default, with the SDS available in any of our nine site languages. For regulated buyers we align the document pack with your quality-system requirements before the first delivery, so goods-inward inspection has exactly what it expects. Private-label customers receive the same complete pack referenced to their own product name and format.
We ship under EXW, FCA or DAP from Tallinn, Estonia — inside the EU customs union. In-stock formats leave within three working days of order confirmation. Typical door-to-door transit: EU 2–5 days, UK 4–7, Middle East and North Africa 7–12, the Americas 10–20, Asia-Pacific 10–18. IBC totes travel on CP3 pallets and are UN-certified composite containers; drums palletise four to a CP1. For recurring programs we hold agreed stock and ship against a standing schedule, which removes the lead-time question entirely from your production planning and your procurement calendar. Compatibility data sheets for specific elastomer grades are available on request.
Yes — within each product line we adjust viscosity, film thickness, dielectric strength and corrosion-test targets against your acceptance criteria. Tuning runs on pilot batches from 200 L, each delivered with a laboratory report against the numbers you specified, so your engineers approve data rather than promises. Typical requests: a thicker film for export packing, a lower-viscosity variant for fogging equipment, a salt-spray target aligned to a customer standard. The tuned recipe is then locked for your recurring orders and produced under the same batch-documentation regime as the standard lines, with the pilot report archived alongside your specification. Thermal-profile validation is included in the standard sample protocol at no extra step.
Standard industrial equipment — nothing exotic. The anticorrosion formulation applies by airless or compressed-air spray, dip tank or fogging system, and needs no shaking, heating or two-part mixing. The dielectric formulation applies by spray or brush directly onto assemblies once isolated. Both are single-component fluids that stay stable in the tote; a standard IBC tap or drum pump feeds the line. Seal compatibility is broad — the fluids are harmless to common elastomers, copper, aluminium and lacquered surfaces — and we provide compatibility data for your specific wetted materials with the sample shipment. The protocols are written for a standard industrial bench — no specialised chamber required to start.
The dielectric formulation serves from −80 °C to +250 °C without curing, cracking or losing its moisture-displacing behaviour, which covers everything from cold-store switchgear to engine-bay connectors. The anticorrosion film stays elastic through outdoor freeze-thaw cycling and summer heat; it neither embrittles in winter nor runs off in warm storage. Both fluids store in unheated warehouses — totes tolerate normal logistics temperatures, and viscosity returns to specification at working temperature. If your application sits at a thermal extreme, tell us the profile in the quote request and we validate the sample against it. Storage guidance ships with the sample so your warehouse team is ready before the tote arrives.
Start with the sealed laboratory sample: treat your own panels or a moisture-affected assembly, expose them in your real environment, and compare against your current product. The sample ships with the test protocols we use, so your bench replicates ours exactly, standard by standard. Corrosion protection verifies visually and by salt-spray hours; dielectric recovery verifies with an insulation-resistance meter before and after treatment. When the sample passes, a 200 L pilot drum lets you prove the application process at line scale before the first 1,000 L IBC. Most industrial buyers complete the full evaluation comfortably inside one quarter, from first panels to an approved pilot batch.
Both. In the bulk-supply route we ship the formulation as raw material in totes or drums and you fill, brand and distribute in your own facility — the right choice when you already run filling lines. In the contract-filling route we deliver the formulation filled into your specified format under your label, for brands that want a finished product without operating a line. Either way you build on a published composition with full batch documentation, so your product’s performance is known from the first order. Minimums, pricing tiers and territory questions are handled through the wholesale program. Reference visits with existing private-label customers can be arranged at the qualification stage.
