Is this the dielectric grease sold in small consumer tubes?+
No — that is a thickened grease; ours is a dielectric lubricant: a high-purity refined oil with our own formulation, no thickener. It flows into assembled equipment and displaces moisture a grease would only seal in. We supply it in bulk — exclusively 1,000 L IBC totes — for manufacturers, MRO teams and private-label brands. Do you sell to individuals?+
No — Kiemer is a raw-material supplier. The minimum order is one 1,000 L IBC tote; evaluation starts with an evaluation sample, quoted on request. For retail-size product, look to the brands that buy our totes.
Which formats do you ship?+
One: the 1,000 L IBC tote on a CP3 pallet. An evaluation sample for validation is quoted on request. Multi-tote and private-label supply run on the wholesale program.
Can you adjust a formulation to our spec?+
Yes — within each line we tune viscosity, film build, dielectric strength and corrosion-test targets. Adjustment work runs on pilot batches from 200 L with a lab report against your acceptance criteria.
Which documents accompany a batch?+
Certificate of Analysis, MSDS and REACH registration data ship with every batch, plus test acts and certificates on request (120 issued to date) — in any of our nine supported languages.
Where do you ship from, and how fast?+
From Tallinn, Estonia. Stocked formats leave within 3 working days: EU 2–5 days, UK 4–7, MENA 7–12, Americas 10–20, APAC 10–18. Incoterms EXW, FCA or DAP.
